What have I taken from this analysis?

• The editing of this documentary is very quick paced, I plan to mirror this idea in my documentary due to the fact that I want to film a trailer. 

• The rhythm of the music also adapts to what the situation is. For example it is more fast paced when the lifeguard is carrying out a duty that needs to be done quickly. This makes the audience feel more involved because they can understand what the lifeguard is feeling in time of panic.
